REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Trusoul.co.in has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by trusoul.co.in and accept the decision of trusoul.co.in regarding the cancellation.

Returns & Refund

Returns & Refund – You have 48 hours to return an item from the date you have received it, we accept returns in case you have received product in damaged conditions or has any manufacturing defects. You need to email image of the damaged products along with proof of purchase to care@trusoul.co.in. We will get back to you with best possible resolution within 48 hours. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of refund, it will be processed in original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

Trusoul.co.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed
of the same. Non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent trusoul.co.in for re- delivery shall be claimed from the User.
